The boat uses the same proven hull as the centre console version, designed and built by Pirate Boats for over 10 years. It has a gullwing profile with an extreme deep v. This unique hull eliminates the slam and instability usually associated with boats of this size, meaning a comfier and dryer ride for you and most importantly more time fishing marks when others are struggling to get there or turning for home! The hull planes at low speeds and slips through the water easily achieving 30mph with just a 50H.P outboard.
Internally it is instantly obvious that this boat has been designed for the fishing enthusiast based on structure which has been designed to live up to the expectations of commercial fishermen. As with all Pirates twin aerated live baitwells are a standard feature a must for modern sea fishing. A quality swivel helmsmans seat is fitted as standard and the positiong of the helm allows the boat to be piloted from either a standing or seated position. The cuddy contains ample seating for even the larger fisherman, a large window hatch for safe anchor work and ample stowage.
